It didn’t really explain things well, honestly
I tried to get a good understanding of the product before I signed up, but I found the information that was provided somewhat lacking. The sales process seemed to move quickly, and I felt that the explanations they gave were vague or just didn’t cover what I was actually interested in knowing. I wished for clearer details about the training and software updates ahead, as these are important factors for me when trying new remote workflow tools. Also, the invoicing and payment options weren’t very transparent at first, which made me hesitate longer than I wanted to. I did reach out to their telephonic support before purchasing, but it was mixed. Sometimes they answered my questions, but other times I had to call back or wait longer than I expected. I think I was hoping for a more thorough explanation and more consistent communication. For me, it felt like signing up blindly was the only way to learn more. It’s not that the product didn’t have potential, just that the pre-purchase info wasn’t clear enough for me to feel confident about it. I’d suggest they consider more detailed upfront communication to help potential customers make informed choices.
