It didn't really click when problems came
When I faced an issue with the dialer during a busy workday, I expected some smooth support. Unfortunately, the telephonic support did not quite handle it well. It took a while before anyone recognized the problem, and updates were slow. The communication felt a bit delayed overall, which made resolving the issue more frustrating than I expected. I will say the support staff was polite and willing to listen, but the process to fix things was longer and less clear than I hoped. At no point did it feel like a seamless experience when things went wrong, which was quite disappointing during a time I needed quick assistance.
