It didn’t click with me as I hoped
I found some of the wording on the website and in the pricing labels really confusing. I wasn’t sure what exactly each package included or what the software would help me do for my remote workflow. Instead of feeling confident, I felt like I had to guess or ask a lot just to understand basic options. The checkout and sign-up process was straightforward enough, I’ll give them that, but the labels didn’t help me figure out if that plan was the right fit. I think a little clearer, simpler language would have made a huge difference. Without that, it felt like jumping in blind and I wasn’t sure if I’d get what I wanted. Overall, it never quite clicked for me, unfortunately, which made it hard to feel comfortable continuing.
