it didn’t click right away but got clearer with time
Initially, I found the sales and pre-purchase steps a bit confusing because the order didn’t follow what I expected logically. The sign-up came first, but then rather than guiding me smoothly into software access or training immediately, there was a step I felt unnecessary before getting started properly. It was a bit frustrating at first not knowing what the next step was after I completed one part. However, after I reached out to support and went through the training, things became clearer as to why it happened this way. The invoicing and payments were straightforward in contrast and felt like they fit better into a usual flow. So, the order eventually made sense even if it wasn’t intuitive straight away. This gave me some confidence but also made me think the initial explanation or sequence could be simplified to improve first impressions. Overall, the moment it clicked was only after passing some of the early onboarding hurdles, otherwise it felt like a bit of a maze.
