It didn’t click for me during the onboarding phase

I went through the training and onboarding process, but it didn’t quite click for me. The setup involved a lot of one-off steps initially, like entering data into the database and setting up the dialer parameters. However, once these were done, I found the ongoing usage amounted to routine operations without much new learning. The training material covered the initial setup well enough, but I expected more guidance on managing updates and using calling tools in practice over time. Automatic updates appeared regularly, but I wasn’t sure which required manual action and which were automatic. Support was available but felt somewhat generic when I needed more specific advice about recurring tasks. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward, and the sign-up went fine, so onboarding itself was okay. Still, most of what was needed was one-time configuration, and that left me wondering if I’d get much ongoing benefit from the training. I recognize this might work better for someone who needs to customize frequently or handle more complex workflows. For me, the moment I hoped for clarity in ongoing processes just didn’t happen, and it felt like the system required more time or experience to really grasp its full function.
