It did not meet my expectations at all
The software was frankly disappointing when I first accessed it. I had a clear picture in mind of how it should work based on the initial description, but the reality was quite different. Access was clunky and I struggled to navigate the interface. Many features seemed either overly complex or just not functional in the way I expected. The database felt confusing to use instead of streamlined. I admit the payment and sign-up process was straightforward, that part worked fine. Support was reachable but not very helpful when I encountered problems with the software itself. I expected smoother operation and more intuitive controls given the investment. Overall, I was left frustrated and doubting the value of continuing to use this product. It failed to meet my expectations in terms of usability and ease of access. I wanted something simpler and more user-friendly, but this felt too complicated for my needs.
