It clicked when the support language made sense, mostly
At first, I found some of the labels and wording across the platform to be somewhat confusing which slowed me down. But after speaking with support and going through a few calls, the way things were phrased started to become clearer and more logical in the context of the software’s workflow. The team’s explanations helped the interface grow less mysterious to me. That said, there were occasional terms and labels that still felt a bit unclear or overly technical for someone new to remote workflow software. On the whole, the communication was efficient, and the support was patient, which helped me get much more comfortable with using the dialer and database features. Automatic updates seemed well managed without disrupting anything. My only small reservation is that the onboarding instructions could use a bit more consistency in terminology to avoid those first-day headaches. Still, the moment it clicked was when I realized the wording was designed for clarity rather than complexity.
