When I first started exploring WFHI’s offerings, I was cautious about whether the software would fit the hours I actually work. The onboarding was smooth and the training clearly outlined how to manage my remote workflow within my available time. It wasn’t perfectly clear at first if the calling tools would sync well with the hours I keep, but once I tried the dialer function, it just clicked. I appreciated that the database automation helped streamline my records without needing me to constantly update it manually. One slight reservation was the invoicing system, which felt a bit delayed at times after payment. Still, the telephonic support was helpful whenever I had questions, even outside usual hours. Signing up was simple without too much delay, and updates were automatically handled, removing any hassle. Although I initially worried about fitting everything into my schedule, the software and training proved flexible enough for my working hours. This led me to keep using the platform confidently despite a minor concern about invoicing speed.
