It clicked when the dialer finally synced
At first, I was a bit unsure about how the software would handle my remote calling needs after sign-up, because some of the labels felt a bit technical. But after using the dialer and calling tools daily across a week, I began to see how they integrated smoothly into my routines. The database feature, too, started to grow on me once I organized contacts properly and linked call notes. I did have a few hiccups with automatic updates affecting my workflow at first, causing momentary confusion. Still, the updates seemed to bring helpful fixes. This balance between initial awkwardness and improving daily experience is why I want to give a fair middle rating. It took some patience, but once the dialer synced and database worked as expected, the software’s usefulness became clearer. I’m now mildly enthusiastic and look forward to seeing how it evolves in future updates.
