It clicked when the calling tools finally came together
Reflecting on my time with WFHI’s services after several weeks, I can say the turning point came when I really understood the calling tools' integration with the rest of the software. Early on, I struggled a bit with the onboarding because the training was dense and general. But as I began using the dialer and seeing the database sync automatically, things started clicking. This was different from my past software, where calls and data were separate and clunky to manage. Even though the sign-up and payment were straightforward, it was that moment of smooth interaction across features that convinced me of the platform’s value. Around that time, automatic updates were mostly seamless and didn’t interrupt my workflow. Although there were initial hesitations, this software’s approach to remote workflow management felt more cohesive to me than others I’ve tried.
