It clicked when support was quick, unlike my expectations
I was a bit skeptical at first because I expected the support to be quite slow and not very responsive based on past experiences elsewhere. However, when I reached out during my sign-up and initial training phase, I was pleasantly surprised. They responded quickly and patiently, which helped me understand the features better than I expected. The onboarding flow was smooth but there were moments it didn’t click immediately — especially because some terminology in the dashboard was a little confusing for someone new to remote workflow software. Comparing the advertised ease with the actual experience, I’d say the training did a decent job but could benefit from clearer labeling and examples. Once the calling tool and dialer were fully set up, they worked reliably throughout my first week of use. I particularly liked how the database feature integrated with my existing processes. The automatic updates caused only minor interruptions, but telephonic support was always ready to help. The moment it truly clicked was when I realized I could handle invoicing and payments straightforwardly without needing to jump through hoops — much better than I anticipated at the start.
