It clicked when support ordered the steps better
I wasn’t immediately sure if the support communication was well sequenced or not during my first week. At times it felt like I was given solutions to problems I hadn’t fully encountered yet, which was confusing. But after a couple of calls, the support team began guiding me through the setup in a more logical order, addressing basic issues first before moving to more complex tweaks. That moment when everything started to fall into place was actually quite satisfying. Their patience and clear explanations helped me understand why certain settings needed to be adjusted before others. The step-by-step assistance on the telephonic side made dialing and managing calls much easier. Once the onboarding followed the improved sequence, the overall experience was much smoother. Although I had to figure part of it out myself, that adjustment was key to making the software work well for remote workflows. The training combined with this clearer support flow gave me confidence in daily use, even if at the start it wasn’t obvious how to proceed.
