It clicked when invoicing became clear
When I first explored the sign-up and payment process, I appreciated the simple layout of the tabs and labels. The wording on the initial sales pages was mostly clear, which helped me decide to proceed. The invoicing system, once I got there, was where everything came together. It was easy to track my subscription and update my details as needed. However, one small thing threw me off—the distinction between different subscription tiers could have been labeled better. For example, the terminology around trial versus paid versions was slightly confusing to me and could use a bit more precise wording for newcomers. Still, after a few clicks and some trial and error, I found everything made sense and the flow felt logical. Overall, the pre-purchase experience motivated me to finalize my order and dive into the software with reasonable expectations, even though there was this little gap in clarity.
