It clicked when I took control of my setup
Initially, I assumed there would be a lot of hand-holding through the onboarding and training process, but I quickly realized much of it was about figuring things out myself. That actually worked well once I accepted it. The training materials and the software’s design pushed me to actively engage with the calling tools and database features. While not spoon-fed, the clear layout made everything accessible when I chose to dive deeper. Automatic updates ran quietly in the background, so I didn’t have to worry about maintaining the system manually. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward, which helped me focus on the software itself rather than administrative tasks. Telephonic support felt like a safety net — not intrusive, but there if I needed it. The moment it clicked for me was when I stopped waiting for detailed guidance and started controlling my own learning path. That mindset change allowed me to really make use of the features and feel confident in navigating the workflows. I expect I will keep using it steadily now.
