It clicked when I realized setup was partly ongoing, not all one-off
The training and onboarding process made me initially think everything was a one-time deal—set it up, and then you’re good. But as I progressed, it became clear that while the basics were established in the first few sessions, ongoing adjustments and learning were necessary to make the most of the calling tools, dialer, and database features. This shift in understanding came around the time I started to explore the telephonic support options and how updates affected my setup weekly. I appreciated that the training prepared me for this dual nature—some things were fixed, while others needed attention over time. The sign-up and invoicing process was well-covered, too, although it felt a bit formal at first. Overall, I think this balance between static and dynamic parts of the setup is realistic, even if it took me some time to really get it.Then again, someone expecting everything at once might find that part frustrating along the way.
