It clicked when I got used to the stepwise explanations
Coming from a previous training I used, I expected this onboarding to be very similar, but it took a little longer to fully grasp. Initially, I found the WFHI training less intuitive because the way the features were described differed from what I was used to. The moment it really clicked was during the part explaining the integration between the dialer and the database; that section bridged the gap in my understanding. Before that, I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure how each tool connected with the other. Compared to my earlier experience, this was more comprehensive but also asked for more attention. The training content was thorough and reliable, although occasionally the language felt too formal. Overall, it turned out to be a positive experience, but the breakthrough moment made all the difference to hold my interest and confidence.
