It clicked only after sorting out some glitches
When I joined, the training seemed okay at first, but I ran into a few confusing moments, especially when the dialer tool wouldn’t connect properly during early calls. That was frustrating because the training hadn’t prepared me well for troubleshooting such issues. I kept trying to figure it out but ended up spending extra time on support calls. Eventually, after a couple of sessions, I understood they offer priority assistance which cleared up some of the problems quickly. That was the turning point where the system started making sense. The onboarding process overall was helpful but some glitches made the start harder than ideal. After the initial hiccups settled, I appreciated the way the automatic updates improved features without much disruption. The invoicing was straightforward, so at least I didn’t stress over payments. Looking back, it's clear the moment it clicked was when support helped fix those early dialer issues, and that’s when I felt things started to work properly for me.
