It clicked once I tracked my working hours accurately
Initially, I was confused whether the billing would really match the hours I put into the remote workflows using WFHI’s software. The training helped me understand how invoicing happens and the sign-up process was clear but I wasn’t sure if it would fit well with the time I actually work. After a week of using the calling tools and managing the database, I realized that by tracking my hours more precisely, the billing system aligned closely with my actual workload. There was one small issue where an automatic update reset some preferences, which meant I had to reconfigure the settings and double-check the invoicing details. However, this didn’t disrupt my workflow very much. The payment process felt smooth once I got accustomed to it, and the invoices matched what I expected. I do think that the software does the job fairly well, even if the initial moments were uncertain about the accuracy of billing versus hours worked. Overall, once it clicked for me how the hours and invoicing relate, I found the system practical and dependable enough for daily remote workflow.
