It clicked once I tested the dialer feature extensively
Switching from a previous remote work tool to WFHI’s software, I came with a set of expectations based on my earlier experiences. At first, the onboarding and training flow felt slower than I expected, with some waiting involved which disrupted my rhythm a bit. But the moment I started actively using the dialer and database features in my routine, things began to click. The dialer especially stood out by making calling workflows more efficient compared to the clunkier system I had been using. The automatic updates also helped keep the software refreshed without needing manual intervention, which I appreciated as it avoided downtime. Billing and payment invoicing were quite standard but transparent, so no surprises there. If I were to nitpick, I would say the initial sales communication didn’t fully prepare me for how long the onboarding would take. Still, once I passed that phase, the software performed well and almost matched what I hoped it would, making the adjustment worthwhile.
