It clicked once I saw the database align
Reflecting back on my experience with WFHI’s software, I initially wasn’t sure it would match the expectations set during the sales interactions. The onboarding flow felt a bit slow and setup tricky at times, and there were moments during training when I wondered if the calling tools would really fit my needs. However, a couple of weeks in, the system’s database integration finally clicked for me—it aligned neatly with the way I handle contacts and client information in my own workflow. That was the turning point where the software began proving its practical value beyond just initial impressions. The billing and sign-up processes were transparent and easy to navigate, which helped maintain confidence. While the automatic updates occasionally changed some defaults unexpectedly, they also introduced useful new features that improved the experience overall. The telephonic support remained reliable throughout, offering help without being intrusive. Looking back, it was this moment of database clarity that sealed the deal for me as a regular user.
