It clicked once I realized ongoing support was the key
Looking back at my experience with WFHI, the initial setup felt quite overwhelming. At first, I wasn’t sure what parts of the process were one-time only, like signing up and invoicing, versus what I would need to manage regularly, such as using the calling tools and handling updates. The training helped, but it didn’t fully prepare me for the ongoing communication and support I’d require, which was essential. What really clicked for me was when I realized that the telephonic support wasn’t just a temporary fix during onboarding but a consistent resource. The dialer and database tools worked well almost every day, and I liked how the updates happened silently without interrupting my workflow. If anything could be improved, it might be clearer upfront information about how much ongoing involvement is needed after the initial sign-up. But honestly, having priority assistance available made a big difference in keeping everything running smoothly over time.
