It Clicked Once I Figured Out the Database
Starting with the training and onboarding, I noticed that while there was plenty of material available, a good portion required me to piece together the steps on my own, especially around using the calling tools effectively. The formal training laid a solid foundation, but real understanding came gradually as I experimented with the software. It wasn’t an instant moment but rather a slow process where the pieces started fitting after a couple of weeks. The initial hesitation was there, but did not last long. This approach meant I got used to the workflow naturally rather than feeling pressured. While the guidance could have been a bit more structured for someone like me not deeply familiar with remote software, I ended up comfortable with the system. I appreciate that the updates and support made sure I didn’t feel stuck when I was figuring things out.
