It clicked mostly after playing with the dialer a bit
I’ve been working through the training and onboarding for this software, and honestly, I was doubtful at first about how hands-on the process would be. The initial tutorials were okay, but they didn’t make everything perfectly obvious, especially when I interacted with the database features and dialer tools. At one point, I wasn’t sure if I’d need support again next time or if I could manage just fine on my own. Then, after spending some time actually using the calling tools and adjusting settings, there was a moment where it suddenly made sense. The interface started to feel intuitive rather than complicated. One minor snag was the waiting around for automatic updates to install, which slightly interrupted my flow. Still, that pause didn’t detract much from the overall impression. I might call support once more just to clarify a few finer points, but I feel confident that I could handle most future onboarding steps without needing extra help now. This experience taught me that patience and hands-on trial are key to making it all click.
