It clicked midway but some onboarding steps were confusing
The training provided a decent overview but the order felt a bit off at times. Initially, I struggled to understand the dialing feature’s capabilities because the training material introduced database management before fully explaining how to use the dialer efficiently. Once I reached the section on how the calling tools interact with the database, things started to make more sense and I could use them more confidently. However, some of the steps about automatic updates were confusing because the process appeared to happen in the background with not much detail on managing those updates. On the plus side, telephonic support was helpful when I called in with questions, clarifying some of the training gaps quickly. The invoicing system was straightforward during sign-up, which relieved some early anxiety about payments. In sum, the onboarding did the job but felt like it could be streamlined by restructuring the training sequence so that the most actionable parts come earlier. When everything clicked, I could see how useful the platform would be, though I’m still deciding if the initial complexity is worth it.
