It clicked late, but it finally did click
I've gone through quite a few software demos before, so when I signed up to check out WFHI's offering, I was already pretty wary. At first, it didn’t really click — I kept trying to match what I'd been told in the initial pitch with what I saw in the actual interface and training options. It felt like the details were thinner than I hoped. But after running through the onboarding and exploring some of the calling features over a few days, something just settled. It wasn't immediate, not like the polished sales presentations might make you think. That moment when things made sense came only after I experienced the workflow and database features in real use. I still think the sales side could do better at setting expectations clearly, because it took me some time and effort to see how the software would fit my routine. So yeah, it clicked eventually, just not as fast or as easily as I expected.
