It clicked just as I was about to give up

After several attempts of navigating the training and onboarding process, I was truly on the verge of giving up because I kept getting stuck on how the software labeled certain features and buttons. The wording in the menu choices around the database and dialer sections was confusing, and it felt like I had to keep guessing what each label meant. But then there was this moment during one of the update rollouts when everything seemed much clearer — the descriptions in the interface were refined just enough so that I could finally understand how to set things up to suit my workflow. Despite still finding some terms not intuitive, the majority of labels now make sense and I can navigate without second-guessing myself every minute. Signing up and the payment process didn’t cause me any trouble, so that part was straightforward from the start. I imagine others who aren’t used to such software might struggle a bit longer, but at least for me, that one small change made all the difference and made the training feel worthwhile.
