It clicked for me once I figured the database
Coming from previous software that felt a bit more straightforward, I wasn’t sure if WFHI would match up in terms of daily usability. At first, I found myself a little frustrated, especially with the calling tools and dialer which were not as immediately intuitive as I had hoped. The training helped somewhat, but it took me several tries to feel comfortable using the main features smoothly. Once I got the hang of the database and how it integrated with the calling process, things clicked more for me. The automatic updates also meant the software kept evolving, which was nice but occasionally threw me off when functions changed slightly without much notice. Sign-up and payment were clear enough, though I noticed some small delays in receiving invoices which might be a bit inconvenient for some. On the whole, the software matched most of my basic needs but it was a bit of a learning curve compared to what I’m used to. The support was okay but I would have appreciated more proactive assistance. So, it’s fairly useful but took some time to fit into my workflow and wasn’t a perfect replacement for what I had before.
