It clicked after some ongoing daily use
Initially, the WFHI training and onboarding seemed a bit overwhelming, and getting accustomed to the software’s full range of features took time. The first few days were challenging as I navigated the user interface and tried to understand how the calling tools and database would fit into my daily routine. I appreciated the step-by-step tutorials provided, but some instructions could have been clearer to avoid repeated questions to support. Over the course of a week, as I used the dialer daily and updated the database, things started to click, and I saw how the automation of updates helped keep everything current without manual intervention. The telephonic support was useful when I had issues, but I wished for quicker resolution at times. I found that once the basics became familiar, the workflow felt smoother and more manageable. So, while the software did not immediately feel intuitive, consistent daily use helped me gain confidence and efficiency. Overall, it was a mixed experience with an initial learning curve balanced by increasing ease as the days went on.
