It clicked after I figured out the pre-purchase details myself
At first, the sales and pre-purchase information felt incomplete, which was frustrating because I wanted to know exactly what I was committing to before I started using the software and training. The initial explanations about sign-up steps and payment options were brief and somewhat vague, which meant I had to explore additional resources and dig through FAQs to get a more complete picture. It was only after spending extra time reviewing the onboarding flow and trying out the calling and database features with trial access that things really clicked for me. Discovering how the automatic updates worked and what the telephonic support entailed helped me understand the ongoing value of the service. That effort I invested upfront made me feel better prepared and more confident in managing invoicing and payments without hesitation. So, while the early stages required more self-initiative than I would have preferred, eventually everything became much clearer through my own exploration. If the sales information were more detailed and upfront, it might save new customers the effort of figuring out key details on their own. Overall, though, the process ended up being manageable and I now have a better grasp of the software’s capabilities and how to use support whenever needed.
