It clicked after figuring out the dialer quirks
Reflecting back on the training and onboarding experience, I recall that initially I found myself having to figure a lot out on my own. The training materials were reasonably well put together, covering the basics of the software and calling tools, but details about the database integration and some dialer features were a bit sparse. It was only after I spent some extra time experimenting with the dialer, learning its quirks through day-to-day use, that my understanding really solidified. That moment when I realized how to manage call lists effectively and automate certain workflows made using the portal much smoother. I think the onboarding process assumes a baseline familiarity that I initially lacked, which made it a bit of a steep climb. Still, once I got past that learning curve, things became much more intuitive. It would have been helpful if the training had more real examples specific to my kind of remote workflow to reduce self-discovery time. Overall, it was a positive experience that improved a lot once I hit that point of clarity about key tools.
