It clicked after figuring out some parts alone
The training and onboarding provided by WFHI had its moments of clarity but also some parts I had to work out on my own. Initially, the sequence of modules seemed logical, but certain aspects of the dialer tools and database features weren’t as well explained, so I spent some time experimenting to understand how these fit into my workflow. That trial and error was frustrating yet necessary. Eventually, after a couple of days, the way automatic updates affected my calling workflow truly clicked for me, tying everything together. The telephonic support was handy for clarifying specific doubts, but the foundational learning required my own effort. In the end, although the onboard training wasn’t a complete guide, that moment when it all fell into place made the process worthwhile. It was a mixed learning curve but rewarding when finally grasped.
