From the initial day, I observed that the software was functional but not entirely intuitive to use on a daily basis. The first few times, I faced moments where I had to pause and figure out why certain options did not respond as expected. However, after a couple of days repeating workflows and getting accustomed to the calling tools and the database integration, things started to click into place. The automatic updates helped improve stability, and the invoices were clear and well-timed, which made tracking payments straightforward. Day-to-day use grew easier, especially once I fully understood how to make the most of the dialer and contact lists. The sign-up and payment mechanisms worked as anticipated without any delay. Still, I think it would have helped if some of the training sessions focused more on real-world use cases to minimize the initial hesitation. So the moment it clicked was after a few days of practice and watching instructional material again.
