Issues were handled but resolution took longer than ideal
I encountered some difficulties during the setup phase, notably with the dialer integration which didn't work smoothly at first. The support team was patient and explained several troubleshooting steps clearly. However, the resolution took longer than I hoped, which delayed my progress temporarily. On the plus side, once the initial issues got addressed, subsequent communication was much better and the software functioned as expected. Although it was somewhat inconvenient, the outcome was satisfactory. The support team's efforts balanced against the extended wait lead me to a mixed impression overall. While the end results were positive, the process could have been quicker in resolving technical hurdles.
