Issue resolved fast, mostly smooth support
I reached out to their support several times during the first week of using the software. The representatives were mostly prompt in responding and followed up quickly to help resolve the initial setup issues I encountered. There was one occasion when the response took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating since I was in the middle of configuring the dialer for calling. Nonetheless, the telephonic assistance was clear and polite, which made the communication pleasant overall. The automatic updates have gone smoothly without any hiccups, and I appreciate how the staff kept me informed about important changes. In general, the people behind the scenes communicated efficiently and addressed my concerns with a positive attitude. I think the experience met my expectations except for that one slight delay, which if improved upon, would make the overall support perfect. I would say I felt supported well enough to keep using the platform confidently.
