Is it better or just different? My take on WFHI training

Reflecting back on the training and onboarding with WFHI, I can say it had both pros and cons compared to what I used before. The initial training modules were comprehensive and walked me through setting up the database and calling tools quite clearly. However, the pace felt somewhat faster than what I was accustomed to, which meant I had to revisit some lessons on my own to fully grasp certain parts. The software’s user interface was more visually appealing but also introduced some features that didn’t seem immediately intuitive, so my learning curve was a bit steeper. Unlike some previous platforms where onboarding was more repetitive, here I didn’t have to wait unnecessarily between steps, which I appreciated. On the flip side, support after training wasn’t quite as prompt as I hoped, which made it harder to clarify lingering questions early on. Overall, if I were describing this experience to a friend, I’d say it’s a decent balance — it’s not dramatically better or worse, but simply different enough that adjusting to it took some time and effort. The core training offers a solid foundation, but the long-term ease depends on how you adapt to the software’s quirks.
