Invoicing part had confusing terms
Mujhe billing aur payments ke liye jo wording thi, woh kabhi kabhi clear nahi lagti thi. Kuch labels samajhne mein thoda time laga, par jab understand kar liya, tab process smooth hua. If the terminology was a bit clearer, it would have made my experience much better overall.
