Invoicing labels clear but some wording could improve
When I first saw the billing section, I had to pause a bit to understand what some labels meant. Most of the time, the terms used in invoices and payment reminders were straightforward, but there were a couple that made me think twice, wondering if they referred to a one-time fee or an ongoing charge. Though the overall invoicing system worked fairly well and payments were simple to process, I sometimes found myself unsure if I was reading the right breakdown on charges. I guess it’s a balance: clear and efficient but with room for minor wording changes to reduce second guessing. The sign-up process was easy enough to follow, and I welcomed the automatic updates that helped keep everything current. Support was helpful by phone when I called in with questions about payments. So while the billing system worked, I think clarifying some label terms would make it smoother for more users, especially those not used to this type of software invoicing.
