Invoicing delays made sign-up frustrating
My experience with the sign-up and payment process was quite frustrating due to unexpected delays in receiving the invoice, which hampered my ability to move forward quickly. I kept having to follow up multiple times just to get the necessary paperwork sorted, and the waiting periods between responses dragged on more than I had hoped. The sales team did acknowledge the issues but the repetition of calls and emails to clarify the payment steps was tedious. On the software front, I struggled with setting up the calling tools and dialer because the onboarding flow did not provide clear instructions for those steps, and telephonic support was slow to respond. I expected a smoother signup journey since I had read about automatic updates and commented improvements, but this initial phase was frustrating enough to make me doubt the convenience offered. Database features seemed promising but I couldn’t even get that far without resolving the invoicing concerns first. The training sessions felt rushed due to these delays and I couldn’t really engage fully. Overall, the one specific thing that went badly was how inefficiently and repetitively invoicing and payment were handled, and that put an unnecessarily large obstacle in the way right from the start. Had that been smoother, I might have had a very different experience.
