Invoicing clarity was okay, but sales details lacked precision
The invoicing process itself was handled well and easy to follow, which I appreciated during the sign-up phase. However, what didn’t go so well was the clarity provided by the sales team on what exactly the software entailed before purchase. I felt like some features were oversimplified or vaguely described, leaving me uncertain about certain workflow capabilities until after I started using the platform. It was a bit frustrating because I had to figure out some things only through trial rather than upfront explanation. While support was patient and answered my questions, the initial sales communication could definitely be more detailed and precise to avoid confusion. That was the main downside despite some good points.
