Invoice terminology caused me to pause and rethink
Reading through your billing section, I noticed the wording used on the invoices felt somewhat unusual, at least from what I was used to. For example, some labels and descriptions made me second guess what exactly I was being charged for, prompting me to dig deeper into my account dashboard. I understand these might be standard terms you use but, honestly, a clearer explanation upfront would have saved me some confusion. However, the payment process itself was straightforward which helped balance things out. I think if the invoice descriptions were more aligned with common industry terms, I’d feel more confident. So far, this is the only element that felt off-putting because everything else about billing, including the timing and how updates were reflected, was fine. That’s why I see both positives and negatives in my experience which leaves me a little unsure overall. The billing is functional but the wording really stood out as needing improvement for clarity.
