Invoice process was clear, but some terms weren’t
The sales and pre-purchase process for the WFHI software was okay, but not without its flaws. One thing that did go smoothly was the invoicing system — it was quite transparent and easy to understand, so I appreciated that clarity. However, before I even got to that point, there were some ambiguities in the explanations of software features and subscription options. The communication felt somewhat scattershot; at times it was thorough, and at others, I found myself guessing about what was included or not. The sign-up process was straightforward enough but didn’t provide much detail about how the calling tools integrate with the database or how automatic updates affect workflows. Since I rely heavily on telephonic support, it was a bit disappointing that the priority assistance wasn’t consistently pointed out beforehand to help set proper expectations. The training materials offered some insight but didn’t fully clarify ongoing support structures. Overall, the sales team could be a bit more consistent in their explanations, but the invoicing clarity did stand out as a positive in the mix.
