Invoice generation process was smooth but steps order felt odd
The billing and payments process with the WFHI software did get the job done, but I found some steps could have been arranged better. The invoice generation was smooth and accurate, providing clear details of the charges. However, I felt the order in which I had to confirm my payment details before receiving the invoice was a bit unintuitive. It caused me to double-check multiple times whether the amounts matched after payment. The sign-up and data entry steps were fairly straightforward, but the lack of clarity in the sequence made me pause at times. On the other hand, automatic updates to the billing system worked quietly in the background, adding no extra hassle. Telephonic support was available to help clarify certain queries about payment confirmation, which was helpful when I needed quick answers. Overall, the system worked for its purpose but reordering the billing steps for better flow could improve the user experience significantly.
