Invoice download was easy

I found the billing section not very intuitive. It took a while to locate past invoices, and the layout wasn’t clear about payment status. Setting up automatic payments seemed complicated and I didn’t try it further. I did manage to get a recent invoice correctly downloaded and formatted. The payment confirmation emails came through fine. There was no straightforward billing summary that gave an immediate overview of my dues or history. Also, the online portal for updating payment details was slow and had some errors. Overall, frustrating to navigate but the actual invoice retrieval is the one part that worked without issue.
