Before committing, I expected the billing and payments process to be a fairly standard, straightforward experience. For the most part, that was true — signing up and making payments went as planned and the invoices arrived timely. But one thing that caught my attention was the invoice details themselves, which included some information formatting I hadn’t anticipated. While the core details were there, the layout and some wording on the invoices felt a bit unusual compared to other software I have used. This did not disrupt the process significantly but was noticeable and made me double-check things more than I might have liked. On the flip side, the system’s reminders and payment tracking aligned well with my expectations and helped avoid any misses.
