Invoice details explained clearly but payment options could improve
Hey, just wanted to share my experience with the billing process here. The way they explained the invoice details and charges was really straightforward; I never felt confused about where my money was going or what the different fees meant. It kinda felt like chatting with someone who actually knows the product, which was reassuring. That said, when it came to the payment options available, I found them a bit limited — I'm used to more modern or flexible payment modes and didn’t see them here. I guess it’s fine for now, but if they add more options that’d be great. Oh, and signing up was smooth enough, and the invoices came through pretty promptly without any hassle. I also appreciated the follow-up emails to confirm everything was settled properly. Overall, pretty happy but could be better on the payment side.
