Invoice delivery and clarity went well, unlike before
Having dealt with billing elsewhere before, I approached this with some hesitation, but surprisingly the invoicing experience was very clear this time. The invoices were delivered promptly after the payment process, and they included clear details on the payment period and what was covered. Unlike other platforms where I’ve had to chase down documents or check for errors, here it was straightforward and neat which saved me unnecessary hassle. Setup for payments went smoothly too with no unexpected issues. Of course, I know billing can get complicated if hours or usage vary a lot, so I’ll probably need to contact support again someday if that happens, but for now the process has been hassle-free and well-organized which is enough to feel confident about continuing. I would say the specifically well-handled part was the clear communication around invoicing that really gave me peace of mind.
