Initial setup took effort but subsequent support was manageable
The very first time I used the setup assistance, it felt like a heavy lift. I had to spend quite some time configuring the database feature and dialing tools so that they matched my workflow, which required several calls to support. The telephonic guidance I received then was quite useful and set a good foundation. However, beyond that initial phase, the ongoing demands dropped significantly. After completing the training, the updates were automatic and didn’t require frequent intervention. Communication from the support team was mostly on an as-needed basis, helping troubleshoot occasional technical glitches but nothing too involved. The invoicing and payment process was smooth once set up, so I didn’t have to call again for billing queries. This contrast between the early, more intensive onboarding and the much lighter follow-up made the overall journey balanced, though I wouldn’t call the process effortless from the start. It’s worth knowing that the initial commitment is quite a bit, but once established, you can rely on mostly automated support mechanisms.
