Information useful but needed more guidance
While the billing interface provided all the information I needed, I noticed I had to figure out quite a few details on my own without much direct explanation. On the one hand, this gave me flexibility to work things out according to my workflow, which was helpful. On the other hand, it required more time and trial than I expected, since there weren’t quite enough instructions or prompts to guide each step. A little more step-by-step direction or examples about payment processing and invoice tracking would have filled this gap nicely. The existing details are solid, but the balance between autonomy and support could be improved.
