In the end, support didn’t solve my problems
Looking back over the weeks of using the system, the telephonic support consistently fell short of what I needed. I found the daily communication slow and often unhelpful; resolving even minor issues took a long time or required multiple calls. The support agents sometimes seemed unfamiliar with the specific features I was asking about, which led to repeated explanations but no real progress. It wasn’t a problem just at the beginning, but a persistent issue that made me frustrated over time. The training materials also weren’t enough to cover the gaps I encountered, and the software sometimes behaved unexpectedly in ways I couldn't fix by myself. Although automated updates tried to keep things current, they sometimes affected features without clear warnings. Ultimately, the lack of dependable and consistent support made the whole experience more troublesome than it should have been.
