In the end I was not confident about their support
The support and communication experience with WFHI started off promising but gradually left me uncertain. Initially, the representatives were polite and appeared knowledgeable, which gave me some reassurance. However, as my technical issues persisted, the replies felt less helpful and sometimes generic, lacking concrete solutions. Although they took efforts to respond quickly, the answers didn't fully resolve my concerns. Over days of follow-up calls, I found myself unsure whether they truly understood my problems or how to fix them. By the time I stopped contacting support, I was left not confident that the system or assistance would reliably help me moving forward, despite some kind gestures and attempts to clarify my requests.
